I’m Dahiana Castro, an experienced educator and linguistic enthusiast. Currently celebrating my 16th year as a dedicated Spanish and French teacher, I passionately believe that every student has the potential to successfully acquire a language.
Born in the Dominican Republic, I emigrated to Puerto Rico, where I spent my formative years. Now residing in Southern California, I bring a rich tapestry of cultural experiences to my teaching practice.
My academic background reflects a commitment to fostering inclusive and culturally responsive teaching practices.
Beyond the classroom, I am a mentor teacher, dedicating six years to guiding and inspiring students in the teaching credential program.
